In-laws cannot become Outlaws

Mr C stated at our first meeting that he wanted his full estate to pass to his only daughter upon his death. He was however concerned that his daughters husband had financial problems and as Mr C describes him as 'a bad un'.

Mr C feared that when his daughter inherited his estate his son in law could be entitled to half the value if they ever got divorced or may even get his hand on the money and waste it if they stayed together.

Clearly from this meeting it became obvious that a Trust established for the benefit of Mr C’s daughter would prevent his son in law any access to the estate and thus preserve the wealth to pass down the intended bloodline.

"I now have peace of mind thanks to Martin and the knowledge that my money will be passed on to my daughter."
