Where there is a Will, there is a way
Mr T wished to make a Will after discovering that he had a terminal illness. During our discussion it emerged that his only Son who he wished to inherit the whole estate was in receipt of various means tested benefits due to circumstances beyond his control.
Mr T junior would lose these benefits if he inherited his father's capital.
Through the use of 'Bloodline Planning' strategies and a Family Trust we managed to arrange the estate in such a way that it would become "Trust Property" which Mr T junior could use in any way that he wished but without the capital ever becoming his and therefore not affecting his state benefit entitlement.
"I was worried about leaving my savings to my Son due to his personal circumstances. Martin explained how I could do this which has given me peace of mind. I would recommend Martin to anyone who is considering making a Will as his knowledge is second to none."
